One /ˈɒnɛ/ (O-neh) • meaning: "breath of the Creator becoming."

Lesedi /lɛˈsɛdi/ (Leh-SEH-dee) • meaning: "light."

Some callings are impossible to ignore, and mine came deeply through the womb.

A wound so crippling it could not be bypassed, only met. With time, and through the work itself, the Creator revealed that my womb carried both the shaman’s calling and the medicine. To receive the medicine and its healing was to return to my womb, to remember her and to release what did not belong to it. And so I did.

The journey was long and far from easy. But with the help of allies, teachers and mentors along the way, I returned with the Munay-Ki 13th Womb Rite and the Healer’s Rite. I now carry the sweet nectar for all who feel called to work with One Lesedi.

I am One, a shaman apprentice working with the Southern African and Andean Medicine Wheel. I am intuitively guided by spirit elders and work with the spirit of Gaia, animal allies, crystals, elemental forces, and other direct healing transmission modalities.

A shaman walks many paths: healer, world-bridger, mystic, medium and keeper of what lives beyond the visible. As my journey continues to unfold, I remain in service to all who find their way to this circle and beyond.

I welcome you as you are, as I was welcomed as I am.
