Have you ever felt like a situation, a person or even your environment is draining the life out of you? What if that feeling is actually true? And if it is, can you really be angry at them if you are the one still holding out the straw?
Unresolved emotions, traumas, an overgiving nature, and negative thought patterns create energy leaks in the body. Over time, these surface as fatigue that no amount of rest can fix, persistent mood swings and a heaviness that will not lift. Left unattended, you may seek relief, and not always in ways that best serve you.
We have been gifted with symbols that carry our remembrance code and the keys to healing ourselves. The Merkaba is one of these gifts. Sacred geometry that unites mind, body and spirit, holding within it the codes of your own restoration. Combined with the Medicine Wheel and animal allies, we will identify the root of the intrusion, identify energetic blocks and perform extractions with the assistance of a spirit helper to restore the natural flow of your energy body.

Some callings cannot be explained, only followed. Have you ever taken a drive, sat in nature or found yourself somewhere without quite knowing why you went there? Something stirred you. That stirring is your soul already in motion.
Sometimes you need someone to talk to. A space to grieve, to connect with a loved one in spirit, to sit in a space you do not fully understand but feel compelled to honour, or to be held in your own sacred guided ceremony. You do not always need to know why you are there. Honouring the call is enough.
Your soul already knows what it needs. Come as you are. Spirit sees you without judgment and receives you exactly as you arrive.
This is not therapy, it is not analysis or a talk-through. It is a sacred space held for you to reacquaint with what your soul requires, to open what has been closed, to clear what has accumulated and to reconnect with your higher self for your highest good.
In this space, I am simply your mirror. What you see, what surfaces, what moves through you, that is your medicine. I hold the container. You bring what is ready to move. Together, we follow what has been waiting with humility.
